Scope

These terms govern the delivery of services and software by Coreline Software LLC. We agree to perform with reasonable skill and care; you agree to provide timely access and information needed to complete the work.

IP & ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, work product is treated as work-for-hire and assigned to you upon payment. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the six months preceding any claim. No indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Notices can be sent to hello@corelineus.com.
